And, before doing THAT, make sure that the destination file already has a complete set of the value lists defined in the source file. Unlike virtually everything else FMI has done for us, value lists are still extremely tedious to copy and paste between files, and you'll have to do it by hand, but making sure the value lists match should be the Lake Itasca of any file conversion stream.
