Hi all. I have Filemaker server Advanced 11 on MacMini and Filemaker Pro 11v3 running on Windows 7, Windows XP pro and Filemaker Pro 11v4 Macs with Snow Leopard.
Everything has been running smoothly until recently we the IT guys from the big PC company are setting up Windows 7 on some machines. Then we sometimes get error messages that the Windows 7 firewall has blocked some features of the Filemaker program. After that we can see the server in open remote but no list of databases appears under them. This seems to happen to some machines but not all Any ideas? Of course the IT guys at the PC company blame the MacMini and Filemaker Server advanced... I am not buying that for one second.
