Further to the Council for Chief FOI Officers recommendation....

I am aware of several networks....

....eg in the USA there is <http://www.accesspro.org/>; in Canada,
there is <http://www.pacc-ccap.ca (thanks Toby!); in England there is
this list freedom-of-informat...@jiscmail.ac.uk which is quite active
and tends to be used by public authority FOI officers seeking
advice/guidance on how to deal with problems and in Scotland there is
the "Scottish Public Information Forum" (which is virtual and in limbo
these days)....

Are colleagues aware of such networks in their jurisdictions?
