Thanks, Victor, I was wondering about jimi, which is art of the recommended code line for XSelerator. I have now installed it, but the png didn't show up. Maybe I have to restart my computer? I also downloaded jai, but the files the FOP instructions said I should sopy over to the FOP/lib folder weren't part of the download. (Please excuse my ignorance about Java. I've only had a very basic beginner course.) Bonnie
