Reinstalled, dracut wasn't the issue, also as soon I update popt, conary breaks. Probably because running - no-deps command.
Will try to reinstall again and add development tools too. I only took minimal installation and nothing more all the time. Can't we add that it should only download one set of troves and install it, then go for second one and so on. Looks like it downloads everything now and nothing gets installed instead. As it fails to fetch the downloads. First time I managed to install from sync command, was with - - no-deps command.
