Hello The first picture is file with non utf-8 open as UTF-8 What will happen if you switch encoding in menu format to ANSI and press Ctrl+R?
There is a difference agains the previous bild. I am using system function to encode file from UTF-8 to UTF-16. Previous version refuses to open file if there was something "wrong" and opens file as ANSI.
