G'Day All, Brad Velander picked up on something I wrote. He remembered that the pre-release NDA that Protel used for the SDK had a limitation on discussion for 12 months. By my reckoning that means that many of us that downloaded the SDK soon after its release can now discuss it freely and openly. However, the various run time library updates were released later than the SDK so by my reckoning those who downloaded the RTL update for SP5 will be able to discuss it openly shortly after the 20th of this month, but discussion on the RTL for SP6 will have to wait until about Feb 2002 - unless Protel releases the SDK. This is a non-sensical situation. I would like Protel CSC to publicly announce that the SDK is now able to be freely discussed so that we can get on with sharing our knowledge and making better add-on servers for P99SE. The details of server development discussions can be undertaken on the development forums but I wanted to point out the silliness of the situation for all to see. Protel CSC could we please have an answer. bye for now, Ian Wilson * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * To post a message: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] * * To leave this list visit: * http://www.techservinc.com/protelusers/subscrib.html * - or email - * mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?body=leave%20proteledaforum * * Contact the list manager: * mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] * * Browse or Search previous postings: * http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
