You need to add Protel to the "Applications Transparency" list from the
Transparency tab. It works, but now that I've tried it with Protel it is a
bit of a pain. It makes everything transparent and somewhat confusing. It
would make a great feature if you could, for example, alt-click on a window
and then only that window became transparent.
Maybe someone will make a Transparency Server add on for Protel. :)
