Fabio,
I recently sent two designs out with break off tabs which contained 30 each
.032 hole sizes which were omitted from the drill chart. I had the same
problem you are experiencing, the data did not match the drill chart with
SP6.
To respond to Brad, no I not have Center plots checked, however on all our
new designs with SP6 we do select a relative origin, so that we can
simultaneously generate a pick and place file. I have not had the chance
to investigate why this happened on only two designs.

Fabio,
from your limited comment I would assume that the drill locations do
not line up with the gerbers. This is typically caused by having the "Center
on Film" selected in the Other tab of the CAM properties. The drill and
gerber files should both be set to have the same origin, relative or
absolute set in the Other or Advanced tabs in the drill cam properties. This
is probably your problem.
