Well, it seems like a fine idea (I never heard of http://www.nitc.gov.np/ nor http://www.hlcit.gov.np/ as Im not Nepali). Could anyone contact them and see if they're interested? I think the effort needed here is not that big that government is needed to be involved. (after all... we are speaking about perhaps 1 months work all in all.
