Last change with case sensitivity for Windows works great.

One note about the previous fix regarding the repo root. It assumes (based on comment in source) equivalence to no filename given. But this prints 'noise' like tickets, wiki edits, etc. So, I guess a simple fix is to force enable the "-t ci" option when a filename is specified in that case.
