Nice, thanks for that...

I made some basic test on a few repo, and it seems to work well.  

I can even "cd" to a directory and do: "fossil timeline ." and it give
me only checkins affecting the current dir where I am.

I've also test the "-n" options and it is consistent when specifying a
directory.

I guess the next step is to have that feature on the /timeline web page,
and may be a "timeline" link beside each directory in the "/tree" web
page..
