I did a quick try, and it seems to work OK with only one small exception, the root directory itself (where _FOSSIL_ is).
There, “fossil tim .” for example (which works OK in subdirectories), shows nothing “+++ no more data (0) +++” when obviously there is quite a lot because if I give “fossil tim filename” I get the history of the given filename.
