consistent with "fossil mv OLDNAME NEWNAME")

and maybe another keyword could be contemplated? I'm not really sure whether `mv' would be the best choice here. how about "replant" or something like that (not that one could do that with branches on a real tree ...) to emphasize that this is a rename of a special kind? it's a long word to type but it should not happen that often.
