To clarify: We used to allow people to submit tickets anonymously. But that feature was heavily misused, and in some cases abused, so we turned it off. The policy now is that you have to bring up an issue on the mailing list, and if it cannot be resolved there, then one of the maintainers will create the ticket. -- D.
