Are you using an 'upstream install' (by running 'make;make install;etc...')
or packages? Which version? Your older messages seem to indicate a
pre-1.2.0 SVN version, is that right?

I ran into several problems with the copyright agent (among other things)
in the 1.2.0 release and vincent and others fixed bugs and those fixes are
in the 1.2.0-3 debian package (and also in the 1.2.1 SVN branch). I think
unless you running one of those the copyright agent (and other things) are
known to fail.

I don't know if the Debian 1.2.0-3 package from unstable will install
cleanly on Ubuntu 10.04, you could try it and report any problems. I have
also created a backport to Debian lenny available at this apt source

deb http://fossology.org/debian/lenny-backports ./

that might work to (if not let me know what errors you get).

Worst case it might require a rebuild for 10.04, which we could ask the
MOTU team to do, although I am planning a 1.2.0-4 soon so I'd like to wait
for that before asking.
