I just tried to reproduce this on Debian 6.0 and I’m a little confused about
your output, which is different than mine.
Because on upgrade
http://www.fossology.org/projects/fossology/wiki/Debian_Install_2_3
specify that you have to issue :
# apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade
Not 'apt-get install fossology', which is only required at initial
install stage.
So you are updating only fossology package here (not every fossology-xxx
packages)
If you do the upgrade thing like I did, I'm pretty sure you'll get the
same error
