yes, it is, but there are several different options for that

the line consists of:
first, the number, up to 4 characters, must be unique.
then, the runlevel, fox's default runlevel is 3.
then you have to tell how to start it, once, respawn, etc. (just use google
for that)
and the last, is the path and the arguments.

just use google with inittab,
