Hi Jan, I had the same problem. I found that the problem occurs when there's much light (I tested the webcam outdoors in a sunny day). Is this your case? I think the problem is with the foxboard webcam driver (spca5xx-LE), not with servfox. I tried to compile and run servfox on my linux box (not on the foxboard), and using gspca driver and no problem occurs (there are no damaged images). Another problem of the driver, in my opinion, is that there's no way manually change exposure time. There are severe problems in a dark environment (compare it with labtec webcam pro driver for windows!). The solution is to fix the driver or to change webcam, IMHO. Now I'm about to try Hercules Webcam Pro (cheap) with Jean-Charles Mammana's ov51x driver porting. (http://psykokwak.serveftp.com/blog/index.php/2007/07/30/26-ov51x-driver-on-foxboard-and-mjpegserv-http-streaming-server) Maybe a good qualitiy webcam to try could be Philips SPC900 Toucam Pro III (*CCD* webcam) using pwc driver, but it costs too much ;D Cheers Andrea
