A bit more information about the exposure time, i have tested on high light condition for both linux and xp, and i have the same result, both give grey images from the begining, good whole `grey` images. tested with 640x480
Depending on the size of the image (small), the bottom most part of the image is corrupt on linux (not the foxboard). About 5% This test were made on XP, Fedora 7 64 bits, foxboard k2.4 SDK 2.01 --- In [email protected], "xfingerfox32" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Hello, > > I have a LabTec Pro with foxboard running for a long period without > this major problems. > > LabTec Pro is auto exposure webcam, so it should not be a problem to > run in a dark room (in fact it works well with low light condition) > > I dont have a LUX meter, and i have not tested it with extreme light > condition, but as far as i went with low light condition (totally > dark) it works fine. > > Note that foxserve and its parent spca server (X86 and the 64Bits) > run into a racing condition after 5 min if you have 2 clients > conected to the server and the server stops sending images to the > clients, but that seems not the case.
