Just to make it clear. C++ is very good in conceptual implementation, but
lacks any support for concept declarations as example, and there is no error
checking :-( .
I have done some STL compliant containers in the past and validating the
concept was a nightmare :-( .

Personally I think C++ is just not very good in it, but Pascal simply
can't do it.
