Hi! we need to decide what to do with Generics.Collections implementation.
Lazarus team suggest to add this package as one of sparta packages (for example components/sparta/generics) but in some of my experimental branches it is used deeper than in sparta packages only (LCL, main IDE files or even in other basic libraries unrelated to Lazarus).
