Hi Denise,

They FM hypertext dialog box gives the wrong information for setting up a
hypertext link for email.
It should be: message URL mailto:n...@company.com

Best,
Diane

Art,

The syntax works fine as:

     message url brachyh...@varian.com

with Acrobat converting the complete address as an active email link.

When the syntax includes support- as follows:

     Message url support-ameri...@varian.com

Acrobat converts the link to ameri...@varian.com, dropping the support-
portion of the address.

Best,

Denise L. Moss-Fritch

Is your <product> string a Frame variable, or literal text with
brackets, or something else?
Do the hypertext links work in Frame?
