I have heard the same "solution" from Adobe techs, and it was clear they considered the case closed. I have used FM 7-11 on network drives (and even on Google Drive) without issue; I think it is a way to get us off the phone. Of course, if that's the best they can do, then I, too, consider the case closed; my problem has obviously exceeded the Adobe tech's abilities and any further time spent would be wasted. That's why this list is indispensable! john
