You might be right in a sense, but like I said: Windows-to-Windows file transfers can easily be sustained at 11-12Mbytes/s. That's up to over 90% of 100Mbit bandwidth. In fact, if you review the theoretical part of Ethernet and TCP/IP, you'd find that it's very possible.
