Is this a bug in the FreeBSD ATA driver then?
Its entirely possible, but, I, personally, wouldn't know for sure.
I'm just getting in to the depths of the ATA specs. It may not be
a bug so much as a lack of handling specific DMA issues.
Maybe someone should CC freebsd-{hardware,hackers}@
