Take a normal DOS boot disk with fdisk on it and do:

fdisk /mbr

That will get your NT back...

Now boot FreeBSD and add the loader, if you so wish. Please note, PQMagic ver 
7 does not recognise FBSDs filesystem (don't know about version 8).
