No, I'm referring to e-mail sent directly from my own server (not relayed through Wanadoo). Time-Warner and a few other ISPs either reject it openly or silently throw it away.
Can't say then. However we are a fairly small ISP and Time-Warner takes our mail. I doub't size is the issue.
I know we have its MTA blocked because of the unresolved spam complaints over the years. I suspect thats the same for others also.
What about the millions of legitimate subscribers using this ISP?
We don't receive much legitimate mail from them. Get a lot more spam.
