I did the last translation update for Portuguese (European) so I guess I
qualify for doing the desktop entry. As such, here it goes.

freeciv.desktop contains 'Comment' entry. From
http://standards.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/latest/ar01s05.html:
"Tooltip for the entry, for example "View sites on the Internet",
should not be redundant with Name or GenericName."
There is possibility to have localized versions of this. Currently we
have one:
Comment=Turn-based strategy game inspired by the history of human
civilization
Comment[no]=Strategispill inspirert av historien til menneskelig
sivilisasjon
If you want localization for your language included, please send it to
me.
I'm going to add
Comment[fi]=Ihmiskunnan historian inspiroima vuoropohjainen strategiapeli
myself. Unless official translator objects, of course.
