Packages for 2.1.7 are already in place, so it's too late. :(

I usually give 7 days notice to translators before releases. But this time  
I forgot about it last Sunday, and didn't feel I could delay 2.1.7 any  
longer this weekend since it's months late already. Sorry about this!
