Recently, a number of string related problems were reported on the mailing list
and I have prepared patches to fix the typos and bugs for both trunk and S2_1
(40684 to 40691, 40693, 40694, 40699). I have not yet commited the changes
because doing so would result in about 22 more fuzzy strings, and not being
completely familiar with the translators' workflow I was unsure if this would be
a problem in the S2_1 branch.

I would like to have S2_1 ready for release in a few weeks (2.1.9); so
my question
is, would it bother anyone too much if I commit the string changes to S2_1 now?

Also, should I take care in the future to avoid fuzzy strings in the
"stable" branch?
Or is some small number alright to introduce when making bug fix changes?

Below is a summary of the translation status after running "make update-po"
in S2_1 with all of the patches in the above mention tickets applied (T=
