The referenced code does not do the right thing. It assumes that immigrationRequired remains constant across successive immigration events, which is incorrect (see Player.updateImmigrationRequired). > (if the colonies can produce enough crosses for that) I doubt that can be done unless you have a huge number of colonies and suddenly convert them to mass cross production. The requirement goes up pretty quickly. At the start of the game, you would need to immediately find a bunch of gold, build a church, and recruit two Firebrand Preachers to even get close to producing the 18 crosses the English need for their second migrant.
