The Libertarian Rock site is very interesting to me. I don’t know what VAP is.   This doctor dave guy may be the only person doing this site. It is registered to him:       Doctor, Dave  (DD5092)                        [EMAIL PROTECTED]       Libertarian Rock       810 Chalcedony St.       San Diego, CA 92109       619-529-8347 and since it is a .com and not a .org methinks that he may have a for profit scheme in mind. Or just ill-informed. It is stated right on the page “If an author is not listed, then Dave Doctor probably wrote the article.” So this could be a one man show.   All the same there is good stuff here. I just love the unschool yourself bit at http://www.libertarianrock.com/topics/school/ben_unschool.html   Web pages are nice. They can have lots of information and if well done can be part of a discussion group. I know, I have been running this stuff for years. The issue it OUTREACH!!! Web sites are NOT outreach. They are follow-up to outreach. We need to have a good one that keeps people’s interest once they are drawn to visit the page, but they have to know about it and want to look.   Now think about this: in 2004 new voters that will be eighteen then are just sixteen now.
