interesting to me. I don�t know what VAP
is.

Web pages are nice. They can have lots of
information and if well done can be part of a discussion group. I know, I have
been running this stuff for years.
The issue it OUTREACH!!! Web sites are
NOT outreach. They are follow-up to outreach. We need to have a good one that
keeps people�s interest once they are drawn to visit the page, but they have
to know about it and want to look.
Now think about this: in 2004 new voters
that will be eighteen then are just sixteen now. We need to be talking to
teenagers!
