Default UPX binaries use NRV unless LZMA specified.
UPX-UCL binaries use UCL unless LZMA specified

I think the FreeDOS site (when working) lists a RUNTIME program for 
getting pretty exact time measurements, but it's a stopwatch for 1 
command only.

4DOS likely has a 'start timer' / 'stop timer' option somewhere.
