I don't know about Japan(where Freedos is probably not no popular due to characterset isseus), but everybody else should use ZIP. just remove ZOO and all other (ARC,...) archivers. It's ok to retain them somewhere on the internet (to be downloaded if needed for some reason) but not as part of FreeDOS distribution. One of the few cases where deleting the program actually 'solves' the problem.
