Note we already agreed to drop SEAL and oZone a while back, and the
FreeDOS monthly test releases only have OpenGEM (which is stable and
has an API with some apps). The monthly test release is what will
become FreeDOS 1.4 -- so this seems like a solved problem already. :-)
