1.1 isn't finalized as everybody is too busy, too few developers and
volunteers. But you can grab test 1.1 #3 here (from News Archive post
"July 27" of this year):

It lacks a lot of stuff, pretty minimalist, but that's the idea.
Anyways, you probably don't need most of it since a good portion is
the same.
