Could this be done with a batch file using find?  I never written a
script using find like this but it seems plausible.

Really taking mTCP's config [0] to WaTTCP config [1] seems to be a
matter of doing:

MTCP.CFG                => WATTCP.CFG
-------------------------------------------------
PACKETINT 0x60
IPADDR 192.168.1.50     => my_ip=192.168.1.50
NETMASK 255.255.255.0   => netmask=255.255.255.0
GATEWAY 192.168.1.1     => gateway=192.168.1.1
NAMESERVER 192.168.1.1  => nameserver=192.168.1.1
MTU 1500
