Do any of the installation media boot options allow to simply boot and run FORMAT C: /S
??? I don't need anything more than a bootable HD primary from which to boot FreeDOS and run a Dell BIOS upgrade where no floppy, CD or USB boot is possible. The boot menu on the installation media suggests no such option is possible, while some suggest it's likely I'd lose the existing partitioning that I do not want disturbed. What do Install to harddisk and Create drive C: actually entail? Can either produce a simple DOS prompt? -- Evolution as taught in public schools is religion, not science. Team OS/2 ** Reg.
