Follow-up Comment #32, sr #111312 (group freeipmi): Yes, I also found out that the sign of "char" is architecture-defendant and that is causing the issue yesterday, which I mentioned earlier in the thread. I tested the new patch and I can confirm that resolves the issue. Looking forward to getting the new version that includes this fix.
