A complaint meaning a cease and desist letter, they ignore *people*

Oops. They do provide ADSL. Anyway the below is alleged, and certainly true
on many countries' monopoly or half-monopoly high bandwidth services.

It is also against the ADSL AUP. Most high bandwidth AUPs have a blanket ban
on publicly accessible servers too. Most people on this list are running
freenet in violation of their AUPs I'll wager. Even closed-list clusters
would probably violate AUPs, but they would not be found by the RIAA,
therefore they would be ignored (assuming bandwidth throttled enough to be
ignored).
