I do mean between gateway nodes. Of course I don't advogate everyone
joining a cluster. As I've said over and over again, clusters are for
people that need them and most people won't use clusters. Most people will
run public nodes. Everyone being in a cluster is silly. You need to have a
public network and you need to have gateway nodes if you want things to be
reasonably fast.
In a suitably repressive environment, everyone would *have* to run
clusters in order to run nodes at all. That doesn't mean it's a good
thing for everyone to be doing, but it's better than not participating at
all.
