Apart from technical issues, I feel another kind of issues come from different healthcare systems - to adapt FreePM for GP's professional use in Italy, I would have to manage the public healthcare features related to what we call "ticket" (one of such english words with a peculiar use in Italian... it is the relatively small amount of money paid for most but not all drugs, examinations, etc). No need for insurance management, instead. Even pharmacy suggestions are not used here.
