Well...pretty close guesstimate is about a week or so.....
Zope 2.5.0 final shipped on 25 Jan 2002. So I am hard at work on
the last issues.

Here is one for the community that I haven't been able to solve
(neither did Zope Corp. or the authors of the affected products)

I really would like to use one of the nice login managers like
CookieCrumbler or preferably exUserFolder.
BUT! Zope (really medusa) refuses to log the user ID.

In fact if you are using Zope 2.3.3 you need to download the
patched http_server.py file
(http://www.freepm.org:8080/fpm_downloads/http_server.py_with_log_patch)
and replace the one in your <ZOPEHOME>/ZServer/medusa directory
for logging to work correctly even with HTTP authentication. Be
sure to delete the http_server.pyc file and restart Zope. Then
delete the cookie_authentication object in your FreePM folder.

The HTTP based authentication logging is fixed in Zope 2.5.0 but
it will still not log the user ID when using cookie based
authentication.

So...if you get exUserFolder working so that user ID's are logged
in Z2.log instead of everything showing up as Anonymous, please
let me know.

Thanks,
