You can use huntgroups.  You define a list of nas as belonging to a
huntgroup, and then you can compare a user to their allowed huntgroup.

See 'raddb/huntgroups'.

Alternatively, you could have multiple entries in the users file, each
entry specifying a different NAS, but otherwise identical.

There are many ways to skin this particular cat.  Like PERL, FreeRADIUS
gives you many ways to solve the problem.
