I tried this configuration as recommended, to no avail.
id UserName Attribute op Value > 11 12345 Cisco-VSA = h323-credit-time=10
Maybe I'm missing something; I'm expecting the value to show up in the debug output on either the cisco or the radius (-X).
Or at least in the response from the radtest utility.
radiusd -x -x -x will show you the sql queries being executed. What happens when you run them by hand?
