locate the krb5.h and point the --with-rlm-krb5-include-dir to that directory something like ./configure --with... --with-rlm-krb5-include-dir=/usr/kerberos/include \ --with-rlm-krb5-lib-dir=/usr/kerberos/lib \ --libdir=/usr/local/lib
