I don't recall the details in 0.9.3, but in the latest CVS snapshot this should work with minimal changes. Once you add the SQL configuration, the server should do this automatically. Remember, it's *designed* to do the right thing in the common cases. You're working very hard to get it to do "something", but you're not clear as to how the server works, or how to configure it to do that something. Rather than fighting with the configuration, your time would be better spent learning more about how the server works, so you don't have to fight with the configuration.
