Port 1814 is used as source port if your server sends packets to another radius server (functioning as proxy).


In your case, the remote radius server should send authentication packets to port 1812 on your server, since that's where your server is listening for incoming authentication packets!
Similarly, the remote radius server should send accounting packets to port 1813 on your server, since that's where your server is listening for incoming accounting packets.
